CREW'D UP policies
Privacy
This page explains how CREW'D UP handles personal information through this website's current launch features. Contact admin@crewdup.org with a privacy question or request.
Effective 11 September 2026
What this policy covers
CREW'D UP operates this informational website. Its active data-handling features are the Contact enquiry form, Vercel Web Analytics, hosting on Vercel, and links to CREW'D UP event pages on Humanitix.
The website does not currently provide membership applications, accounts, a member portal, marketing signup, payment, or website-owned event registration.
Contact enquiries
The Contact form asks for your full name, email address, enquiry type and message. It also creates a submission identifier to prevent accidental duplicate delivery. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
We use this information to deliver your enquiry to the monitored CREW'D UP mailbox, respond to you, and send a factual confirmation email. The website does not write the enquiry to an application database.
- Resend processes the email delivery. Resend states that email and log data is retained for 30 days on its Free, Pro and Scale plans and identifies the United States as a processing location in its privacy information.
- The destination mailbox is reviewed at least quarterly. Resolved enquiries are deleted within 12 months unless an enquiry is still active, is genuinely needed for the stated purpose, or must be kept by law.
Hosting and website analytics
Vercel hosts and secures the website and may process technical request information needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot it. On the current Hobby plan, Vercel documents one-hour runtime-log retention.
We keep Vercel Web Analytics active to understand aggregate page use and improve the website. We do not send custom analytics events or Contact form-field values. The website removes query strings and page fragments before an analytics page view is sent.
- Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, uses a daily generated hash to identify a visitor, and discards that hash after 24 hours.
- Vercel documents one month of Web Analytics data retention on the Hobby plan. Access is limited to the Vercel project administrator.
- The active website code does not set browser cookies, local storage or session storage for these launch features. Third-party sites you visit may use their own technologies under their own notices.
Humanitix event links
The website reads public event information from Humanitix and links you to Humanitix to register. CREW'D UP's website does not collect attendee details, orders or payments.
After you follow a Humanitix link, Humanitix's privacy notice and attendee terms apply to its platform. The event organiser's event page and booking confirmation may also contain event-specific conditions.
Your choices and security
Email admin@crewdup.org to ask what Contact information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need enough information to identify the relevant enquiry before acting on a request.
We use server-side validation, origin checks, payload limits, a honeypot, duplicate-submission protection, security headers and provider controls to reduce misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when the website's data handling changes. New membership, payment, account, marketing or website registration features require a separate privacy review before activation.
