Website operator and scope

CREW'D UP operates this website. The site provides information about CREW'D UP, its planned programs, collaboration opportunities and events.

The website does not currently sell memberships or tickets, take payments, create member accounts, or register attendees itself.

Humanitix and event conditions

Selecting an event registration link takes you to Humanitix. Humanitix's attendee terms and privacy notice govern use of its platform. Humanitix is separate from this website.

The relevant Humanitix event page and booking confirmation may state organiser-specific event conditions, including event details, eligibility, accessibility information, prices, fees, cancellation arrangements and refund settings. Review those terms before registering. This Website Terms page does not invent or replace them.

Website information

We aim to keep published information clear and current, but event details and availability can change. Check the Humanitix event page or contact CREW'D UP before relying on time-sensitive information.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, harmful or deceptive material.
  • Do not use the Contact form for spam, promotion, automated bulk messages or attacks.
  • Provide information you are authorised to provide and avoid sensitive personal information in a Contact message.

Intellectual property

CREW'D UP owns its original brand and website content. Third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and use the website for ordinary personal, informational and non-commercial purposes. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit CREW'D UP brand or website content without permission or another lawful basis.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you follow a third-party link, check that service's current terms and information. Contact CREW'D UP if information on this website appears to be out of date.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the website changes. The effective date above shows the current version. See the Privacy page for the website's current data-handling practices or email admin@crewdup.org.
